Hefty pay packet key to sound night’s sleep
A healthy pay packet is the most vital factor for a good night's rest, according to a poll.
The poll conducted by the Sleep Council of 5,000 adults found that 83 per cent people earning 75,000 pounds or above said that they slept fitfully most nights and had never had to resort to any type of sleep remedies, the Independentreported.
People who were earning a hefty pay package were likelier to share their bed each night with a partner, but also admitted to using their laptop before going to bed.
