Drink recipe: Peach blush cooler
On a hot summer afternoon, all you need is a refreshing drink to cool off.
Ingredients
Beringer White Zinfandel 3 fl. oz./85 ml.
Peach Schnapps 1 fl. oz./30 ml.
Sierra Mist 2 fl. oz./55 ml.
Diced Fresh Fruit 1 oz./30 g
Lime Wedge 1 each.
Colorful / Black Turbo straw 1 each.
Method
- Fill glass with ice with 1 tablespoon of fresh fruit on top of ice.

Diced Fresh Fruit 1 oz./30 g
Lime Wedge 1 each.
Colorful / Black Turbo straw 1 each.
Method
- Fill glass with ice with 1 tablespoon of fresh fruit on top of ice.
- Pour each ingredient into a mixing tin and shake it two times or flash blend.
- Pour ingredients into the glass. Top with Sierra Mist.
- Garnish the rim of glass with a lime wedge and summer stirrer/pick.
Serving suggestion: For outdoor and pool operations, try serving sangrias and coolers by the pitcher to drive sales. In the pitcher, simply multiply the above recipe by three.
