NEW DELHI: Both the precious metals, gold and silver, fell in the national capital on Saturday on reduced offtake by stockists at prevailing higher levels.

While gold declined by Rs 10 to Rs 27,290 per ten grams, silver lost Rs 205 at Rs 40,525 per kg on reduced offtake by jewellers and industrial units.

Marketmen said sluggish demand at prevailing higher levels mainly kept gold prices under pressure.
