Sushant, who hails from a small town, is in a live-in relationship with his girlfriend Ankita Lokhande. His movie also shows him as a small-town boy who lives with his onscreen girlfriend Parineeti Chopra. Hence, the actor did not have to prepare for the role as he is in a similar situation in real life and knows the ups and downs of a live-in relationship.
