The nightlife scene in Chennai gets an edgy upgrade with the launch of Elevate, the latest in the city. The 120-seater lounge bar lets you enjoy the intimacy of a private party or get-together, as well as experience the true feeling of a party, with three different enclosures. Another excitingfeature here is the acoustics that allow you to have conversations without having to raise your voices.
The lounge and bar offer a never-seen-before experience with LED lights from the world's No. 1 lighting expert, Rebeca Sanchez, from Spain. Elevate your senses with the spectacular LED experience with lights moving to the beats of scintillating music.
Yangdup Lama, one of India's leading cocktail mixologists, has crafted the beverage menu of signature Elevate cocktails.
This lounge bar promises to tantalize taste buds with delicious vegetarian starters like szechuan tofu with three peppers, crispy water chestnuts honey pepper, imperial vegetables with lettuce leaf, steamed rice paper rolls with a chilli garlic dipping sauce. Indulge in a wide range of non-vegetarian appetizers like maryland crab cakes served with onion chilli jam and garlic mayonnaise, elevated mutton spring rolls with a dash of sweet and spicy plum sauce, diced bbq chicken with peanut butter sauce and other delicacies.
It also has its own funky merchandise of T-shirts, wallets, pen drives and coaters in their signature colours — purple and black. The launch featured celebrity DJ Bunty Arora on the mix. The lounge bar will function through the week from 11 AM to midnight.
